A Bit About Me!
Hello, my name is Linda Polojac and I am originally from Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, a small town on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, but I have lived in Tampa, Florida for the past 17 years. I have four grown children, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
I received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and after a twenty-five year career as a manufacturing manager, shipping manager and finance analyst, I retired, and I am pursuing a second career as a Freelance Writer. Writing is my secret love and a lifetime hobby that is taking me on a new and exciting adventure!
Things I Enjoy!
I studied ballet and modern dance for 10 years, enjoy painting with acrylics, ceramics and crocheting now and then. I love reading a good book, watching football games and an occasional boxing match. Music continues to inspire me and I love all types including classical and country, but oldies from the 50’s and 60’s holds a special place in my heart.
Practical Reflections is my personal blog featuring stories, articles and viewpoints on topics that relate to daily living, life experiences, home, family, business and news events. This site includes my collection of personally written light poetry and some of my favorite quotations and words of wisdom. I hope that you find it both interesting and entertaining.
